Roaring 20ies Night - Lindy Hop und Charleston mit der Big Band Aarau

„Let’s face the music and dance“ – schwingen wir das Tanzbein so ausgelassen und mitreissend wie in den Roaring Twenties vor 100 Jahren! Die Big Band Aarau liefert den authentischen Soundtrack dieser legendären Epoche. Nach einem Tanz-Crashkurs in Lindy Hop und Charleston mit Marion Weik und ihrer Tanzschule betritt die Sängerin von «SUGAR AND THE JOSEFINES» die Bühne. Gemeinsam mit der Aarauer Big Band bringt sie Swing-Klassiker von Ella Fitzgerald, Marilyn Monroe und Nat King Cole zum Leben. Die Tanzfläche ist eröffnet für Federboas, Two-Tone-Schuhe und Nadelstreifenanzüge, aber nicht nur! Wer im stilechten Look der Zwanziger erscheint, erhält eine Vergünstigung beim Eintritt. Marion Weik ist freischaffende Sängerin, Tänzerin und Kulturmanagerin. Ihr stilistisches Spektrum reicht von Jazz und Chanson über Singer-Songwriter und Soul bis hin zu 80’s Pop. Tänzerisch führte sie ihr Weg von Flamenco und Stepptanz über Modern Jazz und Ballett bis hin zu Swing und Charleston, die sie auch unterrichtet.
